De Goede Doelen-actie heeft 1870,- euro opgebracht! Dit geld komt ten goede aan The Welcome Home in Winnipeg, waar de Oekraïense redemptoristen en hun medewerkers zich inzetten voor de ‘first nation people’ van Canada.
Een passage uit de brief van Michael Smolinski, de directeur van The Welcome Home: “Thank you so much for the donation to The Welcome Home from your community. Our Provincial gave me a cheque today. I feel very blessed that our ministry here in Winnipeg touched your hearts in the Netherlands. As mentioned, we will use some of the money for our Education Fund to help send the two children to Immaculate Heart of Mary Ukrainian Catholic School. May God bless you both and your community during this holy season of Lent”.
